Loose Women is ITV’s lunchtime show, appearing on ITV1 all year round after This Morning finishes.

Loose Women is shown on ITV1 from 12.30pm to 1.30pm from Monday to Friday throughout the year.

Loose Women typically has an all female panel of four presenters (one of which is the anchor), however from time to time becomes Loose Men where a special episode covers men’s issues that might be something men are traditionally less likely to discuss.

The show generally begins with a summary of what’s coming up, and then quickly progresses into one of their hot topics of the day being debated by the panel.

Loose Women does not air at weekends, instead running on weekdays all year round.
