This Morning guide viewers from mid morning until lunchtime, taking over from Lorraine Kelly at 10am on weekdays until the Loose Women take to the air at 12:30pm.
Just like GMB earlier in the day, This Morning almost always carries a selection of competitions, running for weeks at a time.

The prizes on This Morning are almost always huge, and feature a massive cash element. While some breach six figures, they’re usually in the £50,000 to £100,000 range, with those at the lower end also including a holiday, car, campervan or similar.

Closing Dates For Entering To Win £500,000 cash
If you choose to enter by phone, text or online, the closing date for most competitions on this morning is the final Friday that it’s shown on the TV, or for post it’s the Thursday of the following week. This can vary a little due to bank holidays, but holds true for most of the year.
In the case of the current £500,000 cash competition, the closing dates are as follows:

How To Enter This Week’s This Morning Competition

Phone Number
Phone entries are possible using either a landline or mobile phone. All you need to do is to call 09011 209 118 ahead of the competition closing on 25th October 2024 at 4:00pm. Your entry calling this number will cost you £2.50 on your bill plus the network access charge associated with your phone line.
Text Number
SMS entries work in the same way as texting anyone else, however you need to use a specific shortcode and message to lodge your entry into the prize draw.
The number to send the message to is 80118, and the message needs to read WINNER.
SMS entries cost £2.50, plus your normal text messaging cost. You’ll need to complete your entry by sending the text before the closing date of 25th October 2024 at 4:00pm.

Online Entry
The ITV Win website is home to all of ITV’s competitions, and not just the paid ones. You’ll also find the free entry comps too, including This Morning’s Spin to Win when it’s on air.

When you enter online, there’s a much smaller risk of buying an entry that doesn’t count, unlike phone and text message routes. That’s because when the competition closes the website instantly removes the competition, in this case it closes on 25th October 2024 at 4:00pm.
We’d recommend that you don’t leave it right until the last moment though, as it can take a couple of minutes to complete the process including payment.

Postal Entry
Postal entries are the route ITV provides to get a free entry. The law around competitions requires that you are able to enter a competition without a purchase being necessary if there is no element of skill, which applies in this case.
